MIRA 2018

From 29th of november to 2nd of december 2018, MIRA had it’s fifth edition happening in the autonomous cultural center “Alte VHS” in Bonn.

We had the challenging job to select 41 films of the more than 800 submissions we received. This way, we created a broad and diverse program with documentaries, ficcions, animations ans experimental productions.

In 2018, we determined a thematic focus: „¡MIRA y Muévete!” („Look and move!”) with films about diferent types of protest, approaching themes like right to the city, cinema and protest, the fight of women and environmental struggles.
